Regular follow up with both existing and potential clients to meet the set targets.
Maintain a complete database of the clientele as per the requirement of your work.
Make a marketing strategy to promote and sell various other product and services of our company.
Need to take self-initiative to accomplish the given targets on a timely basis.
Promote our company brand in social networking websites like facebook, twitter, etc.
Coordinate with Field Installation Team to endure smooth service installation at Customer premise.
Explain product package to the customer.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
Develop marketing Strategies implementing them.
Develop and implement agreed upon marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the marketing area.
Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Dealing with inquiries and complaints.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
