Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement brand promotional activities
Constantly monitor competitor's brand activities and pricing, share the inputs for maintaining a competitive advantage
Develop and replicate merchandising material and promotional material
Proper understanding on Social Media Marketing
Identify and deploy best practices for improved promotional activities
Establish, retain, and grow strong relationships with customers
Rigorous training and exposure in team management, leadership, business analytics and operations
Providing management with feedback
Other assigned duties as per the company

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or similar discipline preferred with minimum 1 year of experience
Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across departments
Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confident manner
Strong understanding of business and marketing measures and optimization
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
