Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive who excels in content strategy, digital marketing, and market analysis. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance client engagement through effective content and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar tailored for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web content.
  • Craft compelling and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice, targeting both local and international audiences.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.
  • Conduct research to understand customer preferences, trending topics, and competitor strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads..
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics from paid campaigns, organic reach, and content engagement.
  • Create detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social listening platforms to measure the impact.
  • Identify patterns in consumer behavior and leverage these insights to inform future strategies.
  • Work with the management team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for brand positioning and audience engagement.
  • Assist in creating presentations and pitch materials for strategic initiatives and marketing collaborations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) and analyzing performance metrics.
