Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of startups-focused marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage newsletters, ensuring content is engaging and relevant to our target audience, particularly within the startup ecosystem.
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, actively engaging with our community and fostering connections within the startup world.
• Organize and promote events, especially those related to startups and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, with a focus on startups.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements tailored to the startup audience.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies, with an emphasis on engaging the startup community.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active on LinkedIn with a good understanding of social media dynamics, especially in the context of startups.
• Prior experience in organizing events, preferably related to startups and entrepreneurship at the college level.
• Creative thinker with the ability to think critically about marketing strategies, particularly those targeting startups.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance and take initiative in tasks.
• Basic understanding of creating and managing newsletters and other marketing campaigns, with a focus on startups.
