About the job

Vendor Finalization and Coordination:

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for various marketing and branding activities. (BTL/ATL)
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services.

Branding Activities:

• Plan and execute branding campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.

Event Planning, Budgeting, and Execution:

• Organize and manage marketing events, from planning to execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Collateral Stock Management:

• Manage the inventory of marketing collaterals, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the production and ensure delivery and proper placement of marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative experience with social media
