Professional Skill Required : Marketing Communication Negotiation Time Management Ms Office Package Sales
Other Specification
  • Intermediate with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office packages (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Good presentation skills and energy level.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and maintaining a healthy office environment.

Note: Candidates having experience in the shoe industry will be preferred.

Job Description

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
