Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Mobility Freight, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive logistics services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Sales Presentations:
- Conduct presentations to showcase the company's logistics services and value proposition.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing Mobility Freight to potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing solutions tailored to their logistics challenges.

4. Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.

5. Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the pricing team to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.

6. Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Use market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.

7. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

8. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
