Job Description

Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop effective marketing campaigns, social media content, print materials, and other promotional materials.
Developing new websites, mobile apps, newsletters, advertisements, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other kinds of digital material that will be displayed online.
Ensure the quality and consistency of the visual designs across various platforms.
Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Adobe Premier) to create visually appealing designs.
Manage multiple design projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ensure that all designs are created in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and tools, and apply them to create innovative and engaging visual content.
Exceptional design sense and a strong desire to learn about the requirements of our teams and potential customers.

Purpose of Job:

The post holder will work closely with the BDM, of Nepal to contribute to the achievement of the country's strategy and business plan. The post is responsible for all activities of OCG Nepal that relate to the development and procurement of business. You shall be primarily responsible for monitoring/tracking business opportunities, and preparation of EOI & Proposals. You will also be required to provide management assistance to projects including project coordination, operation, and implementation. You will work closely with the BDO and the report to CEO, Nepal for day-to-day business development and project management issues.
