Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record of success in driving marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase sales. As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and measuring their success.

Job Descriptions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and outreach and do market visit
  
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales 
• Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Including email, social media, paid advertising, and events)
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging and campaigns that aligns with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities 
• Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns, and use data optimize future campaigns
• Manage relationships with external vendors (such as creative agencies and partners) 
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Planning, developing and implementing indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns
• Identifying potential clients and arranging meetings

Purpose of Job:

The post holder will work closely with the BDM, of Nepal to contribute to the achievement of the country's strategy and business plan. The post is responsible for all activities of OCG Nepal that relate to the development and procurement of business. You shall be primarily responsible for monitoring/tracking business opportunities, and preparation of EOI & Proposals. You will also be required to provide management assistance to projects including project coordination, operation, and implementation. You will work closely with the BDO and the report to CEO, Nepal for day-to-day business development and project management issues.
