  • Having experience in Bachelor/CA/ACCA program marketing and student counselling is preferred
  • Work experience in CMAT/+2 Tution Center/+2 college inside or outside Kathmandu is preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experienece in related field
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
  • Proficient with marketing-related software programs
  • Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
  • Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
  • Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services

Job Description

  • Providing expert counseling to individuals interested in pursuing the ACCA qualification.
  • Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Good communication skill on both English and Nepali.
  • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Conducting promotional activities.
  • Overseeing campaigns on social media.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
  • Proven work experience in marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
  • Solid understanding of research techniques.
