Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

  • To ensure the smooth running of admissions and communication at the institution. 

Key Duties and  Responsibilities:

  • To prepare a marketing plan and strategy.
  • Attract new students across the school or college’s portfolio of programs.
  • To develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (target market information, competitor research, branding).
  • Assist in the planning, development, and delivery of agreed-upon aspects of the marketing.
  • Widen student recruitment activities during the academic session.
  • Publicize the strengths of the academic faculty in terms of recruiting students.
  • Take initiative and produce marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.) for the college’s programs.
  • To develop and maintain a database of prospective students, parents, and companies to facilitate the admission process.
  • Liaison with potential partners and affiliations to boost enrollment numbers in different programs.
  • Overseeing the college’s participation in various activities (seminars, exhibitions, and outbound activities).
