Attention to detail and the willingness to quickly learn content management systems

Experience with social media in a professional or institutional capacity preferred
Experience in using Canva for design and creating different types of content
A positive attitude that’s solution-oriented and unafraid to ask questions
Interest and knowledge of tech, entertainment, and digital culture space
Minimum availability of 40 hours per week (Usual office hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Sunday to Thursday, flexible work hours acceptable)
A self-starter as well as a team player (and a creative sense of humor!)
Familiarity with content scheduling applications
Fluency in Nepali and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
Willing to work from office space (We are based in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu)

Aloi Private Limited is a technology company that builds software for microfinance. For more information, please visit www.aloi.global. We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Strategist.

Responsibilities

Assist with the strategic and day-to-day distribution of Aloi content across multiple platforms
Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of the distributed social media ecosystem, editorial and video knowledge, and, most importantly, a willingness to learn
Able to work with our team to create and track social media posts

The Day-to-Day Activities :

Distribute content by following a set publishing schedule across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
Plan content for the month in advance
Collaborate with our team to optimize content for distribution
Film and make videos using software provided
Create beautiful posts and posters design
Write clever social copy
Pitch social media story ideas
Implement best practices for social platforms, SEO, and other metadata
Monitor real-time traffic and social data to support the team
Identify opportunities for audience development and growth
Assess the competitive landscape and make strategic recommendations
Up-to-date with the ongoing social media trends
Use content scheduling apps to post on social media
Analyze social media insights on a monthly basis
Research new tools and techniques to create better content

Remuneration

Remuneration will depend on your experience level and will range from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000. Please send your salary expectations with your application.
