Role Description

We are looking for marketing and business promotion assistant who can assist day to day operation, record keeping, communication with clients in Nepal and Japan and report/inform/consult to the CEO. 

Please be informed that this is a very basic level admin vacancy post and only intended for applicant looking for a long-term growth. If you are hired, you will be required to do 1.5 months paid internship first as trial period. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be living walking distance from Dilli bazar (within 15 mins).
• SLC Pass (Minimum).
• Basic computer knowledge is a must.
• Must have Two or Four-Wheeler Driver's License (to go around the city) 
• Experience with Microsoft office apps, Google Drive apps (preferable) 
• Must have PC to work from home when required (preferable)

Preferable Qualifications

• Time and punctuality (as we will be dealing with Japanese people) 
• Habit of reporting and informing as well as consulting. 
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Familiarity with office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
