Job Specification

Education level: completion of Bachelor (BSc/ BBS/BBA) from reputed university

Experience Required: More than or equal to 1 year in related field will be of added advantage

Professional skill required:

Proficiency in Microsoft office package (outlook, Excel, PPT and word)
Nepali typing
Familiarity with design software will be of added advantage.
Good communication skill in Nepali as well as English

Job responsibilities:

Procurement, settlement and dispatch of gift inputs.
Arrangement , settlement and dispatch of print inputs
Compilation of monthly implementation report.
Promotional material inventory management
Assist in local procurement of promotional inputs : Vendor Identification, Collecting Quotes, etc.
Maintaining local expense record as per the local procurement SOP
Ensure timely delivery/dispatches of inputs to the team as per the distribution plan
Maintaining GRN and Inventory record post-dispatch
Support during events and activities for Local MPD/CM - Local purchase for DGM/Conferences/Camps etc
Collecting and compiling monitoring data
