Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and responsible individual to work as the Chairman’s Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and official communications.
Help prepare letters, minutes, and other documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and documents.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Reliable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English; Nepali typing will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
