Position: Marketing and Sales Strategist

Location: Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses major two roles; increase revenue through sales strategies, while also managing digital marketing, content creation and social media for enhanced brand visibility and engagement for our Diet Clinic and Newly Opened Juice & Fruit Bar. Below are details roles and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Develop strategies and contribute in content creations, ad campaigns and monitor content creation team
• Handle direct sales efforts, customer engagement and relationship building.
• Identify corporate sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content creation and social media management.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
