Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee all Marketing activities for  our brand Surya Ply - Nepal’s top plywood brand, and it’s other products  like MDF. They will plan and implement all required activities to help Surya Ply  achieve it’s brand objectives. Additionally, they will also oversee Sales activities for Surya Ply’s project  based clients. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Marketing 

  • Plan all Branding and Marketing activities for Surya Ply and sister  brands according to the annual Marketing Budget and Goals. 
  • Build and Maintain a website for Surya Ply. 
  • Build a strong social media presence for the brand. 
  • Plan and execute all Exhibitions and Trade Show activities related to  the brand - planning which shows to go to, getting stalls designs,  branding materials, giveaways etc. 
  • Plan and execute all branding events like Carpenters’ Meet, Interior  Designers’ meet, Dealers’ meet etc. 
  • Plan and execute all print, TV, radio, and Digital ads, Youtube ads and  advertising at events like Sports tournaments, Mega events, etc. 
  • Plan gifting for partners. 
  • Plan marketing activities like Offers, Rewards System, Giveaways,  Points System etc. 
  • Regularly attend relevant meet-ups and events like Architects’,  Construction Companies and interior Designers’ AGMs, Civil  Engineering events, and build a rapport with people. 

Sales 

  • Oversee all Project Sales work like Sales for Hotels, Buildings,  Apartments, Hydro projects, Commercial and Residential Buildings all  over Nepal.
  • Visit each project Nepal wide, give presentation to clients, hand out  brochures and samples. 
  • Make sure all Project clients are satisfied - orders are placed on time,  and delivery is made in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients.
