Lumbini Five Elements Hotel is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing / Digital Support Associate. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing who can also handle basic external IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services
Manage the hotel’s social media platforms, website content, and digital presence
Create promotional materials, advertisements, and email campaigns
Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards
Assist with basic IT tasks (e.g., email setup, social media troubleshooting, internet communication tools,)
Collaborate with the front office and reservations team for promotional offers

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree running or completed (preferably in Marketing, Business, IT, Hospitality Management or related field
At least 1 year of experience in marketing or hospitality industry
Basic knowledge of IT tools and platforms (email systems, social media, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Nepali
Creative mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Creativity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc.).
Ability to ride a scooter and must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Friendly, punctual, and self-motivated personality.

Preferred:

Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS, booking engines, etc.).
Must be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
