CAFA Experts is an outsourcing firm based in Nepal working with international clients, including businesses in Australia. We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to take charge of digital marketing and communications activities for our clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for various clients
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote services, events, and brand awareness
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations
Coordinate with overseas management teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Manage designers or external creatives when required
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital and communication channels
Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor activities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
Skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)
Experience with online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or similar is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: This is an office-based position with regular coordination with overseas clients.
