Job Description

Marketing Analyst is integral to Kaymu’s success. Marketing Analyst works within the larger marketing team to ensure maximum conversion of inbound traffic into orders. A strong drive, excellent communication skills and exceptional analytical skills are required to succeed in this position. You will:

  • Manage Kaymu homepages across 3 different platforms - Desktop, Mobile Application, Mobile Website
  • Collaborate with the Category Teams to plan and execute CRM pushes (App pushes, Newsletters)
  • Visualize banner design ideas and execute it with assistance of Design Team
  • Monitoring campaign performance (views, clicks, conversions) and the performance of CRM channels
  • Generate ideas for new campaigns
  • Clearly defining the objectives and target audiences for each campaign and aligning the campaign messaging accordingly
  • Research and analyze e-commerce trends and recommend as well as implement changes to marketing strategies.

Qualities we are looking for:

You need to be creative, flexible and have a start-up spirit. You enjoy challenges and are hungry to make a difference in Nepalese e-commerce.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
  • Visual intelligence skills. Able to visualise design ideas that are coherent with campaign objectives
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic web design is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with an international team
  • Excellent analytical skills.
