Role player as Head of Quality assurance  department to develop, plan ,implement ,monitor &Control  all raw materials ,finished product to confirm the National and international Standards with right Quality, Quantity in Time to meet the Market demand consistently.

Responsibility:

• To ensure the right combination of Raw mix to produce the best quality of finished product by indentifying suitable raw materials at reasonable cost.
• Identify the locally available alternate raw materials to minimise the cost
• Develop and control the Quality assurance Plan and ensure the product delivery without any deviation.
• To co ordinate with purchase, Logistic & Production Department to maintain the ideal raw material inventory level to meet the production target consistently.
• To identify and develop new product as a role player in the market to meet the customer satisfaction.
• Co ordinate with production department to identify, analyse, implement and debottleneck the day today challenges by corrective action to ensure the product quality and internal customer satisfaction
• To identify alternate waste fuel with suitable raw mix design to minimize the product cost to sustain the Environment.
• To prepare MIS report and maintain inter department relationship with interaction, communication and friendly environment.
• To identify training needs of subordinates and upgrade their knowledge to meet the Quality objectives of the organization.
• To be a good coach, mentor, motivate and supervise the team members, take positive action  and accountability for their assigned work.
