Key Responsibilities:

• Doctor’s Engagement: Foster strong relationships with medical professionals to enhance patient care and institutional reputation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and develop strategies to position Chirayu Hospital as a leader in the healthcare sector.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and expanding service offerings.
• Revenue Enhancement: Utilize financial acumen to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, ensuring the financial sustainability of the hospital.
• Departmental Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall service quality.
• New Department Services: Lead the exploration and development of new healthcare services, aligning with emerging trends and patient needs.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital, optimizing resources, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Salary Range: NPR 70,000 - 100,000 (Additional facilities as per company policy)
