We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive readership growth, strengthen brand presence, and increase advertising revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital media marketing, with the ability to translate market insights into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote advertising space across newspapers, websites, and digital platforms.
Negotiate advertising rates, placements, and campaign packages with clients and agencies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive readership growth and advertising revenue.
Manage brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across print and digital channels.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, media sales, or advertising, preferably within the media, publishing, or related industries
Strong understanding of print and digital media marketing.
