Job Purpose: - To ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related process and system in the organization, as well as ensure the smooth administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.

Reporting Line:-

• Direct: - Chief Operating Officer

Terms of reference:-

• Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Bridging the link between IT Staffs and IT Consultant/Solution
• Applying significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. 
• Recognizing the system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directing technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
• Verifying application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Developing Customer Relation Management software that would best fits for the organization standards
• Developing internal teams/task forces and reviewing their performance
• Maintaining the good relations with the IT Solutions provider.
• Developing new and innovative systems as per the vision of top management that would integrate with the organization standards.
• Reporting to the top management on the development of the systems on regular basis

Skills/Qualifications: 

• MBA with IT Background in Graduation with 5-7 Years experiences in IT Sectors    
• Should have knowledge of MIS Development and implementation, Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Data Center Management, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Quality Management
