• Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful financial operations
• Attain banking/financial/remittance operations issues
• Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
• Oversee the processing of BFI ( Banking & Financial Institution )  activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
• Develop financial back up plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge loss
• Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the BFI operations team
• Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing  access rights and verification levels
• Maintain an operation protocol for both internal & external communications.
• Supervising and delegating work to Bank customer support staff.
• To assure every documentation process as per the payment service provider compliance from NRB (Nepal Rastra Bank)
• Strong Nepali speaking and writing skill to create and document proposals
• Prepare and revise finance and operation guidelines in order that they adhere to NRB
• Responsible for balancing and managing the daily cash flow and liquidity of funds
