At NIC ASIA Bank, Manager Customer Helpdesk is the Experience Enable who supervises the moderation of customer experience with the Bank. The aspirant should have a minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum of 5 years' experience in related areas and age should not exceed 40 years as on date of application for Officer level. The aspirant should have a minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum of 10 years' experience in related area or master's degree in any discipline with minimum of 5 years' experience in related area and age should not exceed 50 years as on date of application for Assistant Manager and above level.
