Job Description

You will be a key member of the Partner leadership team to develop, coordinate and execute a full Partner Marketing and Communications strategy and work directly with key partners. You will create and execute partner go-to-market strategies and joint marketing plans. This role will require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to be successful. The individual will work with marketing, communications and product teams to develop joint messaging and positioning, create collateral and supporting sales tools jointly with partners, drive PR initiatives with partners, and will work with the Field Marketing teams to engage our selected partners into our marketing campaigns & achieve the annual target with each partner network and meet the plan of respective OEM business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Partner Marketing strategies, Marketing Communication and plans for the Region in alignment with overall Partner business and Marketing strategies
  • Work with Partner leadership to define target accounts and numbers by each categories of Products & Services
  • Build relationships with marketing contacts in top Partners; drive marketing planning; document overall marketing plans for the Region
  • Create and implement marketing plans on annual / quarterly basis with top Partners
  • Grow revenue; create and execute strategic marketing plans to support, including PR, joint events, messaging, positioning and web site content creation
  • Create supporting collateral, presentations and sales tools that convey the value of the businesses solutions
  • Manage the Field Marketing partner budget allocated for demand generation in the regions
  • Develop and implement Partner communication channels such as newsletters to enhance partner awareness and engagement
  • Involve Partners in events, Road shows, Forums etc.
  • Work with Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure Partners' needs and opportunities are recognized and addressed
