Job Description

KFA Consulting has signed a Contract with Himalayan Bank Ltd. for last three years and “Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd”, for managing its Bancassurance Unit. In this regard, KFA is looking to appoint following positions for deputation in the Bank. Successful candidates will be in KFA’s payroll.

This position will be responsible for delivering Bank’s Insurance revenue targets with immense thrust in business generation and good leadership & management qualities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in any Business related field, with a minimum of 3 years managerial experience in Sales and Business development
  • Strict work ethics and discipline
  • Strong business acumen with good leadership skills
  • Professional maturity and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of the Sales Team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the Bank
  • Proper and timely reporting to all stake holders
