The Horizon Lounge is Exclusive VIP Lounge at The Tribhuvan International Airport Departure Terminal, Owned and Operated by Soaltee Hotel Limited a listed public Limited Company, pioneering in hospitality Industries of Nepal Since 1966.

Key Knowledge and Abilities

Oversee daily lounge operations to ensure consistent delivery of premium guest experiences across food & beverage, seating, and amenities.
Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of food and beverage offerings, lounge amenities, service timings and special features to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
Manage team development through on‐the‐job training, coaching and feedback to build capability and service consistency.
Monitor the lounge environment and conduct routine quality checks and audit activities to uphold service and presentation standards.
Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with lounge teams to enhance service quality to ensure smooth and efficient lounge operations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in overseeing VIP Lounge Operations, with strong customer service capabilities.
