Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to lead and oversee our operations in the manpower recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, recruitment processes, and client coordination, with proven experience in manpower sourcing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the manpower department.
Supervise recruitment teams and ensure targets and timelines are met.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and government offices.
Oversee documentation, compliance, and visa processing for overseas recruitment.
Develop strategies for manpower sourcing, deployment, and client acquisition.
Monitor team performance and provide training and support as needed.
Prepare reports, budgets, and performance evaluations for senior management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manpower/recruitment sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of international recruitment, labor laws, and documentation.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and management tools.
