About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager located in Kathmandu. The Manager will be responsible for handling finance , Accounting and adminaitretive financnace by overseeing daily operations, leading and managing team members, developing and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring overall project and organizational goals are met. The Manager will also be expected to monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a positive and productive working environment.

Leadership and Team Management skills
Strategic Planning and Implementation experience
Performance Monitoring and Metrics Tracking abilities
Compliance and Policy Enforcement knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the relevant industry or a related field is a plus
