• Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Policies, Knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, and TDS regarding all entities, Accounting Software Knowledge
• Should have risk assessment and management skills, ethical and professional conduct, and client relationship management.
• Lead and manage a team or department, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve departmental or organizational objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments.
• Identify issues and challenges within the department or projects and work to find effective solutions.
• Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, projects, and key metrics to senior management.
