Kathmandu Business Consultants is seeking two highly skilled managers to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued success. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in the finance field, especially in accounting and auditing.

ICAI, ICAN and ACCA

Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Policies, Knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, and TDS regarding all entities, Accounting Software Knowledge
Should have risk assessment and management skills, ethical and professional conduct, and client relationship management.
Lead and manage a team or department, providing guidance and support to team members.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve departmental or organizational objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments.
Identify issues and challenges within the department or projects and work to find effective solutions.
Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, projects, and key metrics to senior management.
