Diyalo Foodland is currently looking out for a new suitable and efficient Manager for its Kathmandu Branch. The responsibilities of the candidate goes beyond the following criteria, as they are required to contribute meticulously to our traditions of flawless hospitality and fine dining. 

Key Responsibilities

• Allocation of duties and responsibilities to the staff along with monitoring of the same
• Detailed management of all the event bookings in the Foodland
• Provide staff training on hospitality, coordination and communication as and when required
• Collection and analysis of customer’s feedback
• Attend to customer’s concerns and complaints with proper protocol to take action over the complaint
• Monitor the store and housekeeping activities
• Supervise and work upon sales promotion including digital marketing
• Analysis of data on sales fluctuations, feedbacks, procurement, etc. and planning of decisions on the same, if required
• Coordination with MD, accounts department, and executive heads 
• Resource planning with payment system iPlanning of resources and payment system
• Management and planning on hiring Diyalo Foodland staff
• Implementation of plans and activities prepared by MD/BOD.
• Follow up with customers for dues collection.
• Implementation of Diyalo Karyabidi 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (B.H.M.)
• At least 3+ years of experience in the hospitality sector
• Must be between 25-45 years of age.

• Advanced computer and social media skills
• Should have knowledge of restaurant and banquet management in Kathmandu 
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a large team
