Required Qualification:

• For Management Staffs: Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, and public administration or relevant to the position requirements; At least ten (10) years of experience in the financial, administrative, and operational management of multimillion-dollar international donor activities in Nepal; Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation and labor laws; Strong interpersonal and management skills; Experience working on similar ADB or other donor- funded programs; familiarity with ADB regulations and policies preferred; Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• For Engineers: Minimum Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of engineering; At least ten (10) years of experience working on similar ADB or other donor- funded programs; familiarity with ADB regulations and policies preferred
