• Manage all functions related to branch operations and teller functions
• Keep Head Office informed of key issues or problems at all times
• Contact customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business
• Direct and coordinate activities to implement institution policies, procedures, and practices concerning granting or extending lines of credit and loans, real estate loans, and consumer credit loans etc.
• Direct activities of workers engaged in implementing establishment services and performing such functions as collecting deposit, authorizing loans, or opening account
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by head office and/or law and  regulations
• Ensure the delivery of high level customer services and thereby customer satisfaction taking required measures
