Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

MBA/MBS/M.com /MA-Economics/CA/ACCA/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of Banking experience for Master's degree or 7 years experience for Bachelor's degree and at least current working position in officer level
Sound knowledge of credit & operation
Good communication, sound computer knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali
