Job Description

Ensure the smooth running of the diagnostic clinic
Ensure optimal patient relations
Oversee Quality Audits
Assess the staffing needs of the clinic and determining when new staff are needed. Interview candidates, hire new clinic employees and train them to meet clinic requirements.
Manage and support the existing staff at a clinic.
Produce Departmental Reports
Develop Plans and Systems
Develop business plans for the clinic and also look for new ways to organize staff and implement systems to maximize productivity in the workplace and meet objectives
Plan the short- and long- term budgets for the clinic and ensure that budgets are being followed and that the clinic’s fiscal needs are being met.
