Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical brands to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of company medications, stay updated on medical and market developments, analyze competitor products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling the company's Brands to its customers, relevant healthcare professionals.
Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company's brands.
Developing an in-depth understanding of company's medications.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Generating the demand of company's product by implementing of company's strategies perfectly.
Preparing presentations for potential customers and monitoring overall sales.
Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in science or pharmacy.
Minimum 1 year of past experience in a similar role.
Proven medical sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license.
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Persuasive and resilient.

Note: Candidates with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science with medical knowledge are highly preferred.
