Management Trainees will undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank enabling them to take up managerial positions upon successful completion of the training period.

Prerequisites for applying:

Master’s degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 at the post – graduate level and minimum 50% marks at all under-graduate levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards and age not exceeding 28 years as of October 13, 2014. Candidates awaiting final results at the post-graduate level may also apply.

Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA at each level of education from SLC (or equivalent) onwards shall be automatically disqualified.
