Job Description

Reports to: Program Manager/ Supervisor

Management Trainee (Sales) is responsible for selling education products to schools, colleges, universities and academic institutions. Other responsibilities are completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different units, gaining knowledge of daily operations, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Accountability

  • Identify the Schools, Colleges and Universities that could be potential customers for the company
  • Create and Update a portfolio of products and services to be sold
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Prepare reports of all activities performed and as per requirement by supervisors.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
