With a customer base of over 5 million and a network of 400,000+ merchants, including both private enterprises and government organizations, eSewa has simplified the lives of Nepalese by offering services such as utility bill payments, mobile recharge, ticket bookings, and more. Our goal is to create a seamless and integrated payment processing service, combining the latest technologies to simplify transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time Management Trainee role at eSewa Ltd. located in Janakpur, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to various aspects of the business, including operations, customer service, project management, and strategic planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a deep understanding of the digital payment industry. While the role is primarily based in Janakpur, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
