LODBOD is transforming Nepal's logistics industry through technology. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support daily logistics operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipment assignments between shippers and carriers.
Monitor ongoing shipments and resolve operational issues.
Verify vehicle, driver and shipment-related documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and updates.
Handle operational inquiries, issues, and customer complaints.
Maintain operational records and reports.
Support and work closely with the regional team in achieving the organization’s objectives.
Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Management, or related field.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and digital tools.
Experience in logistics, platform operations, customer support, or related operational roles will be preferred.
