This position requires Fresh Post Graduate Students from reputed Universities and Colleges. Management Trainees shall undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up managerial positions upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed in their selected locations provided at the time of application and upon business need of the Bank candidate can be placed anywhere in branches/departments/sub-provincial offices/provincial offices all over Nepal.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.0 at post-graduate level and minimum 50% marks at all under-graduate levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards and age not exceeding 30 years as of Feb 24, 2021
