Renegade Insurance is a US-based P&C; insurance platform operating across personal lines, commercial lines, and trucking — managing thousands of policies across 80+ carriers through Salesforce (Veruna). We are building a new VA Operations center in Kathmandu, co-located with our engineering and finance teams, to deliver technology-enabled insurance operations for agencies across the United States
You will support the full insurance policy lifecycle — from quoting and binding through endorsements, renewals, billing, certificates, claims intake, cancellations, and policy downloads. Your work spans carrier portals, agency management systems, email, phone, and document processing.
What You’ll Do Day-to-day responsibilities span across the insurance operations lifecycle:
Note: This is not a data entry job. You will be a trained insurance operations specialist who works directly with US-based agents, account managers, carriers, and policyholders. You handle the execution — the portal work, the phone calls, and the judgment calls that need a human. Think of yourself as working for the agent, not on tickets.

No insurance license required. You work under licensed US insurance professionals. All coverage decisions and binding authority rest with licensed agents — you execute approved actions. You will receive 4–6 weeks of structured training covering US insurance fundamentals, Salesforce operations, carrier portal navigation, and communication protocols before handling live work. This is an office-based position with working hours overlapping US Eastern Time (EST). Remote work is not available.
