As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging educational content to students enrolled in a management program offered by the college. Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops that cover the prescribed curriculum in the syllabus. 
• Develop and update course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and supplementary resources, to ensure relevance and alignment with course objectives. 
• Facilitate active participation and interaction among students, encourage critical thinking, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes, ensuring students gain practical and theoretical knowledge.

Qualifications: 

• A master's degree or higher in a related field.
