Job Description

We are seeking a bright, business-minded and self-motivated management associate with a minimum of two years’ experience to join our law firm. The ideal candidate should have at least two to five years of management experience gained in a professional setting. The candidate must be open-minded and willing to learn, innovate and grow within our law firm.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overall office management
  • Coordinating workflow within the legal staff team, including prioritizing jobs, delegating duties and lawyer' assignments as needed
  • Managing and monitoring matter progress, completion and review
  • Following up and sending reminders to office members and clients
  • Collecting and maintaining office records (case files, time sheets, client files etc.)
  • Preparing invoices and following up with clients
  • Identifying bottlenecks and finding solutions to increase efficiency
  • Supervising junior staff and interns
  • Handling financial aspects related to office operations
  • Other duties as assigned
