Position: Maintenance officer- Electrical ( Maintenance Dept Head)

Qualification: Bachelors/Master degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering faculty.

Job Requirement: Experience: Minimum 4- 6 year of maintenance work experience

1. He should be a Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal communication skills, shall be able to work under pressure, should have problem analyzing and solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in working with and its effective maintenance of a varieties of electrical equipment and other utilities like 1 Ф – 3 Ф motors, DG sets, Air Compressors /Blowers/Suction motor pumps/suction sets with its accessories. Should possess a good knowledge of motor Starter and control panels. 
• Should possess the knowledge of Operation, maintenance and control of HVAC systems. 
• Should have Strong technical skills in handling Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing work, electrical Power Distribution system inside multifloored commercial building setup including Electro-Mechanical Design and drawing capabilities including electrical earthing and safety need. Ability to use Auto CAD/MATLAB or any Standard Design tool would be an added advantage. 
• Should have in depth knowledge of all kinds of maintenance job as well as installation of equipment including civil projects. 
• Should be Proficient in Computer application and digital documentation need of entire repair and maintenance setup.
• Should be able to keep the overall maintenance equipment and systems in compliance with standard safety protocols.
