Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports to: Sr. Maintenance Manager
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday

Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, and address any mechanical, electrical, HVAC or structural issues that arise.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
Planning and execution of maintenance-related tasks of dairy plant.
Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Prepare logs and records and provide reports to the upper management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Skills and Qualifications:

Task Related :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related electro-mechanical field.
5 years plus experience in manufacturing industries, Dairy preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Competencies and Soft Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
