Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 3 years

Should have Bachelor degree in Engineering or above
Should have more than or equals to 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques
Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques
Ability to use power hand tools and equipment
Ability to follow instructions and procedures in the operation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Commercial building trade or facilities/maintenance engineering experience. Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved

Perform the more complex plumbing, electrical and carpentry maintenance and repairs such as replacing solenoid valves, switches, relays and thermostats, rewiring appliances, constructing partitions and small out buildings, installing plumbing pipe and related plumbing fixtures
Perform general painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, such as, unstopping clogged sinks, drains and garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, replacing cord caps, buffer switches and light switches; makes minor repairs to heating, refrigeration, air conditioning units and other electrical equipment; repairs damaged walls and doors; paints inside and outside building walls; replaces windows; refinishes and repairs furniture
Look after the connection issues by coordinating with the ISP
Use power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work
Service equipment used by oiling, greasing and adding gas as required
Install and maintain fixtures and facilities
Perform other duties as assigned
