Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective teaching methods to ensure understanding and engagement of students.
• Adapt teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Provide clear and timely feedback on assignments, projects, and tests.
• Design and conduct periodic tests and assessments to monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
• Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide remedial instruction as needed.
• Offer guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Create clear rules and routines to manage student behavior effectively.
